I highly recommend A&Q Custom Shutters. They are the best and at an awesome price. When I was looking around for plantation shutters, I had several other companies give me estimates. I choose A&Q Custom Shutters because the are USA made, made locally here in Orlando and of course for their quality and craftsmanship. There design is far more superior than any others. From start to finish I was impressed. I called for an appointment for measuring and spoke with Brad (the owner), funny thing was Brad came out and measured. Then Brad told me he would be going back to make them along with his staff. Then next Brad came out to install my beautiful plantation shutters. Brad is very proud of his company that he said his father started over 30 years ago. I know hold that pride with him, for his quality and craftsmanship. I went to his factory also as he requested me to, so I can see the styles he offers and how they are made. I really like family owned business, they have so much more to offer their customers….. I had shutters installed for my house today with A & Q custom shutters. Brad was the salesman and installer. I believe he is also an owner of the company. Brad and his team did a great job with my shutters. I cannot believe I had a consultation 10 days ago and have my shutters installed today. Most companies take 8 weeks minimum because the shutters are made in China and shipped here. Brad told me he does all the work in house in Orlando and that's why it's so fast. Brad had great pricing that was comparable to the other places I received quotes from. There were a few tricky windows that Brad was able to custom design pieces so the shutter would fit perfect. I am extremely happy I chose A & Q custom shutters.

So professional! The process of getting a quote was so easy. From an over-the-phone estimate to an in-person quote it took less than 24 hours. Labino came and did the measuring not just once but I saw him go back to take dimensions a second time. This only took half an hour tops. After a short two weeks of building and assembling the shutters locally, Labino and a helper came and installed the shutters in 30 minutes. They look amazing. It was the easiest home renovation project ever.

Brad and A&Q is hands down the most professional team I’ve worked with in a long time. I got several proposals for our whole home project and ultimately chose A&Q. I am so glad we did!
