The Site is a directory that helps homeowners discover home-service companies across Central Florida. Listings are provided for informational purposes. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work performed by listed companies, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a service provider.
3. Listings and verification
Badges such as “Verified” or “Licensed & Insured” reflect information supplied by businesses or available to us and may not be current. Always confirm a company's license, insurance, and credentials directly before hiring.
4. Google Maps and reviews data
Where ratings, review counts, or review content are shown with Google branding, that data is provided by Google. Your use of those features is additionally subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Google content remains the property of Google and the respective review authors.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including scraping, attempting to disrupt the service, or using listings or review data in violation of applicable law or third-party terms (including Google's).
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of listings, ratings, or other content.
