It was 2 days after Hurricane Ian, and before I was even an Affordable Pool customer, when Ray saved my pool, and I mean literally SAVED my pool when nobody would give my pool a minute. Ray showed up hours, literally hours, after taking my call, when 6 other companies told me that it would be weeks or even months before they could get to my pool, if at all. Ray looked at my pump and within minutes discovered the problem, but fixing the problem would take more time than he could give it right then. After I said I would leave Pinch a Penney if he could just get back within the week, Ray said he would get it fixed right then and there. I have been a loyal customer ever since then, and that kind of honest & responsive service has continued without fail. When I have a problem Ray answers my call and/or texts back in minutes, and is usually here within hours, or a day at the most. Ray's employees completely replaced my "green egg looking" filter tank and did a masterful job, a job that was extremely complex and anything but easy... I watched the whole process, so I know. As anyone who knows me will tell you, I am extremely hard to please when it comes to my pool, the pool I work out in 5-6 days each week year round. I don’t post much of anything to the internet, and in the rare occasions where I post a recommendation like this, I only do so after months or years have gone by to protect my reputation. After more than 2 years now, I can honestly say that if you want a pool service company that treats your pool like it is their own pool, then Affordable Pool Service should be your choice!!!

Started off good in Lake Alfred, FL and then hired inexperienced individuals. Now, I cannot get a return phone call when the liner became damaged. The representatives install a return jet incorrectly and now its causing hardship to fix their problem.

Always friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable staff that take good care of my pool. The most affordable pool service in the area.
