Andy’s Sprinklers, Lighting and Drainage (specifically Zach Darden) was very professional. 1) Zach returned calls promptly, and established clear commitments and expectations. 2) He provided advanced notice when he was on the way to the job site. 3) He showed up on time. 4) He worked hard the entire time without using the phone to call friends or accept communication from others. 5) When finished, he walked me around and showed me the results of his work. Having used many companies over the years, this level of professionalism is unusual, unexpected and very much appreciated. It demonstrates a respect for the customer which is missing in much of today’s work culture. Zach’s pricing was honest and fair. While I’m sure I was, I didn’t get the impression that I was part of an upsell campaign. Again, this is unusual today. Zach encouraged me to watch if I wanted, with the triple purpose of teaching me that it’s not always as easy as it looks, showing me how it should be done properly, and to provide an appreciation of the work being completed. All were appreciated. I would recommend Andy’s, and Zach, if you are in need of someone to fix an older and tired sprinkler system for a fair price. Great job, and thank you.

I received service to my French type drain attached to my lanai and pool. The drain required disassembly and cleaning. My service tech, Odilon Mendoza, did an excellent job leaving the drain in near-new condition. Additionally, he thoroughly inspected my irrigation system and put it in tip-top condition. Excellent service and reasonable price.

100% recommended Andy's Sprinkler, Drainage & Lighting. This could not have been a better experience. Our technician (Ezequiel) was spectacular. He was on time, knowledgeable, thorough, and very professional. He found the sprinkler problem quickly and fixed it (a problem I had spent 3 days trying to fix). Ezequiel checked the entire system and made some additional minor improvements that will provide better coverage and probably save water at the same time. The pricing was very fair, and Ezequiel made sure I understood what was done, and that I was happy with the work before he left. *****

Odilon was fantastic. He was quick, knowledgeable, and very helpful. A couple of weeks after his assistance with fixing our sprinklers and fixing the timing of our sprinklers, our grass is already improving. Thanks so much for your great customer service & expertise.

If I could give Odi a 10, I would. He’s very professional. He showed me what he did, and why he did the job. We walked through the job when it was completed, showing me the water coverage. If I would ever have to have any maintenance or repair in the future, Odi would definitely be my choice of professional to do the job. GREAT JOB!!!!👏
