They always answered our questions, kept us updated, and paid attention to the little details that really made a difference. The finished pool looks incredible and completely changed our backyard. The crew was professional, respectful, and showed up when they said they would. You can tell they take pride in their work. We’ve already recommended them to a few friends down the block because good companies like this are hard to find. Definitely happy we chose them. Highly recommend !

We chose Aqua Custom Pools for the entire process, from the design to the construction, including our artificial turf, fencing, and landscaping. This was our first time building a pool, and I truly can't picture a better experience. They were incredibly responsive to all our concerns and questions, delivering exactly what we envisioned every step of the way. If I had the chance to do it again, I would absolutely choose Aqua Custom Pools without hesitation. They provided everything we needed, and we are so grateful to have such a fantastic pool!

Updated: communicated with the owner following this review. He explained the situation that had occurred. He was courteous and professional offering to work with me so that this could be rectified. Unfortunately we had identified a company to work with. I believe he was genuine in his response. I have changed my score accordingly. I believe he will remove his comment to echo my adjustment. Arranged an appointment for Monday morning at 8 AM. No call despite having received confirmations and reminders Via text. I texted at Hello 8:15 AM was asked to reschedule.I would be very weary of a company that can't even get the first call right! We will find a reliable company to do our custom pool. AQUA Custom Pools and Spas did our pool and spa and they seriously crushed it. The whole thing came out better than we expected. My wife is in the spa every night, the kids basically live in the pool now, and I’m out there grilling like we’re on vacation. 😂 The crew was easy to work with, kept us updated, and actually listened to what we wanted. No stress, no runaround, just solid work and a really good finished product. 100% recommend them if you want a pool that looks amazing and actually gets used every day. Thank you again you guys.
