We cannot say enough about Bowles Pools. The entire experience has been first rate. Started with our salesperson, Joel, who is a professional designer and really listened to our ideas. Other pool designers merely put on paper what we told them - Joel LISTENED and asked us what we were trying to accomplish with our pool and landscape. He created a design that is spectacular. We then worked with the entire Bowles team through the next steps of the contract, city approval, construction and final pool startup process. EVERYONE we have encountered from Bowles has been great. Craig, Daryl, Patty, Zach along with all of the construction team could not have made the process and final outcome any better. Bowles is a family oriented company with high ethics and values. We researched several pool builders and so glad we chose to work with Bowles. The entire team has been incredibly communicative so we knew what to expect at each stage of the process. They were always available to take our calls listen to us, answer our questions and respond very quickly. If you have the opportunity to work with them for your pool project, I highly recommend them! While there may be many choices out there to choose from when it comes to designing/installing a pool, I can confidently say that Bowles Custom Pools and Spas is the best! We actually started our process two years ago as new homeowners in Florida, but the timing wasn’t right due to our other moving expenses. We contacted Daryl 18 months later and he came out the next day and we agreed upon the perfect design for our rather small backyard. When the process began, we had the pleasure of meeting Patti and Victoria, who are the greatest, most customer focused, friendly people to guide you through this process. Not only did the pool get completed ahead of schedule, but well exceeded our expectations! There was never a day where I was wondering what was going to be happening with our pool as Victoria kept in constant contact to let me know every single step in the process, and was always ahead of schedule. Do not look anywhere else if you are considering a pool. Bowles Custom Pool and Spas is hands-down the best, without question... we love our pool and the only disappointment is that we will not be in regular contact with Patti, Victoria and Daryl on a regular basis! We’re ENTIRELY convinced that the Bowles Custom Pools & Spa team trains on the same military base as Chik Fila. The service and efficiency of this company has been nothing short of outstanding. From the start, their team showed professionalism, and care that carried through to the end of our 8 week project. Yep, you heard correctly- 8 weeks. Our pool and level spa turned into the community model home with neighbors coming by like wait … you’re swimming already ?! 🫢 We learned about Bowles through a coworker who had just finished their family pool and raved about their work. Even with a smaller budget, Joel helped us navigate the options and we ended up with a luxurious pool that feels straight out of a dream.No pressure, just great advice and patience. We spoke with almost all of the contractors who came to our home and they all had nothing but good things to say about working with Bowles Pools. That kind of reputation doesn’t happen by accident. I’m the kind of person who values honesty, service, and communication above all and Bowles delivered on every level. After meeting with 9 pool companies, most felt pushy and had poor communication. Bowles was completely different from the start. Joel, who handled sales and design, truly listened and understood what my family and I wanted. He guided us through the design and finishes without ever trying to upsell, and his attention to detail made a big difference. Pricing-wise, it was spot on, additionally the quality of materials and overall workmanship made it clear I was getting real value. Patti, the owner, managed the project and was outstanding. From the beginning through completion, her communication, organization, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The longest part of the process was permitting (which is expected and out of their control), but once approved, everything moved quickly and efficiently. Throughout construction, every crew, grading, excavation, plumbing, decking, and electrical, was professional, respectful, and detail-oriented. Any repairs or adjustments that came up were handled promptly without issues. At the end, Zack handled maintenance and pool school. He was very knowledgeable and patient, and took the time to make sure I fully understood how to operate the pool system. The final result is amazing. My family and I are extremely happy with our decision to go with Bowles, and I highly recommend them.
