Evans Roofing did a great job! The two crews were very professional, on time and listened/ answered my concerns. Guillermo was amazing, his 20+ years of experience made me feel very comfortable, during the process of removing all tiles and replacing old wood/installing the new system. Then Carlos and his crew were very detailed, making sure the tiles were perfectly aligned and final compounding was very nice matched to the color of the tiles. Ricardo Gorni did a great job, as a sales professional with many years of experience, starting from his early days doing installation to now being a sales manager, He made me feel very comfortable. The negotiation was easy, along with the communication with him. Always ready to help. The project manager, William, was communicative, providing updates on the entire process. I recommend Evans Roofing without hesitation! Furthermore, to the roof replacement, Evans Roofing crew came back past 3months from the previous work to seal the flat roof with silicon sealant, which ensures seals cracks, seams, and penetrations, preventing water from entering it. It does too significantly reduce heat absorption, keeping the covered patio cooler + it extends the roof's life by 10+ years. Check new pictures on this post. The crew also covered the pool to prevent debris from falling on the water. One more time I recommend Evans Roofing to be considered as the Company you can work/ trust to replace your roof!

Extremely pleased with the quality of work, customer service, and competitive pricing provided by Evan's Roofing. I obtained 8 quotes from nearby companies and Evan's was priced very well while still holding some of the highest quality and detail of job in the proposal. The permit was obtained quickly, and I was assigned a project manager, William, who contacted me immediately and stayed in close touch and was very available and communicative throughout the entirety of the project. William went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work being done, coming by himself to confirm quality checks and answering calls and questions after-hours even for me! They left the jobsite and my home clean and as they found them, which was very refreshing. Highly recommend this company, and specifically working with William, to all homeowners! I hired Evans Roofing to fix a leak in my roof, but after the work was completed the roof is still leaking. I’m very disappointed because I paid expecting the issue to be resolved. Communication and follow-up were not what I expected, and now I still have to deal with water coming into my home. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Evans Roofing was called to repair and recoat my 65 year old tile and SPF roof with an Acrylic Top coat. Their supervisor, Edgar Ramos, came to estimate the job the next day. He was on time, very thorough and knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. Our agreed upon price was very reasonable. Edgar said his crew would begin work the next morning, and they showed up as promised. His roofing crew worked on the roof for the next three days. They showed up on time and were always very polite and professional. The finished product was as promised and excellent. The last part of the job was to coat my carport. It rained that night before the paint could dry and some of the coating washed off. Edgar backed up his work, and, after the roof thoroughly dries, is sending his crew out to recoat the areas that were effected by the rain. I came across this company through a friend who had a roof leak two years ago. She has had no problem with the repair, and was very happy with the result.
