Keith came out today to troubleshoot a longstanding problem I had with a non-reporting inverter. Not only did he get to the heart of the matter and reconnect the panel, but he educated me on several other issues to help me get the most from my system. I'm deeply grateful for his expertise and willingness to teach. So glad to have Castaways providing us with maintenance services going forward!

Huge thanks to the crew that came out and installed our solar panel system! From day of arrival they all were so polite and professional, and completed the job quickly and with ease. They kept the area safe, clean and orderly and I’m thankful for the overall experience this crew provided. Nice job team - it looks amazing up there!

The installation itself went very smoothly, and the install team was professional and easy to work with. That was the one clear positive of our experience. Unfortunately, the sales and contract process did not meet the same standard. Important details that influenced our decision to move forward were not clearly documented or explained upfront. Also, the sales team was unorganized and lacked responsiveness, which led to inconsistent communication and made it difficult to get clear answers that we were able to trust. This created avoidable anxiety and stress. For a project of this size and cost, customers should be able to rely on clear contracts and straightforward timely communication. Thankfully, now we can communicate with team members outside of sales. In the end, we are happy with how everything looks.

Castaway Energy did an outstanding job installing the battery backups for my new GAF solar roof. Tony and Kevin were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was clean, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Castaway Energy to anyone considering solar or battery backup solutions.
