The quality of their work is excellent and finished exactly as promised. Their customer service was responsive and genuinely helpful, and the price felt very fair for the level of craftsmanship and service we received. Highly recommend.

Prompt-Polite-Professional...I tried finding an outdoor kitchen online, and there are many, BUT you cannot locate a showroom or touch the product to see the quality. This is a significant investment and without actually a hands-on experience, I couldn't go that route. Then I discovered Casual Kitchens and game changer! They have a nice showroom with knowledgable staff where you can go and see the quality of their product. I met with staff who explained features & options & construction methods. Once a decision was made to place an order, we designed and changed the layout several times until I had the features I wanted. Staff provided input and helpful details as well. Confirmation emails were sent to verify cabinet sizes and layout design. In approx two to three weeks the cabinets were ready, delivered, and set up on site. Next was the custom granite countertop which was also measured and installed in a timely manner. From start to finish...everything was perfect!!

Cant say enough about the great outdoor kitchen we had built for us from Casual Kitchens. The whole process was well organized and very detailed. We had the kitchen designed and the shipped to GA and installed onsite by myself. Highly recommend them for your outdoor kitchen builds.
