I had a Great experience with Davis and the CMK Team I’m very happy and satisfied with my bathroom renovations. They worked it timely and in Avery efficient way and addressed all the concerns I had afterwards. Alfredo the electrician went above and beyond to ensure the electrical issues were corrected and addressed and also the Glass Company did a terrific job at correcting water leaks. Thank you for addressing my concerns and completing the work under a Great Warranty. Thanks to Maria who called me right away to ensure I was fully happy with the work.

My bathroom remodel adventure is just beginning! We have had many talented people guiding us through this project so far, from Jason in Sales, to Zach our Project Manage, to Georgia our Design Coordinator, to Nancy our Design Consultant with more talented people to come. We are nearly done with the bathroom remodel with CMK Construction and overall had a good experience. One thing that was a bit frustrating for us was the design session. During the initial consultation with a sales representative we were told there were hundreds of options to choose from. However, when we actually went to the design appointment, we realized that because our remodel was structured as a package with tiered selections, our choices were much more limited than we expected. Many items that seemed fairly standard—like an LED mirror, or certain faucet styles—were considered upgrades and required additional charges. It was a little disappointing to feel restricted to just a few options from what was on display, especially considering the fact that the price of the remodel was on a higher end. That said, once construction started, the experience was great. The crew was professional and everything ran smoothly. Our project manager, Davis, was absolutely excellent. He was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and clearly cared about the quality of the work. He went above and beyond several times during the project, and we really appreciated having him manage everything. Overall, we’re happy with how the bathroom turned out. The construction side of the process was very positive, and Davis in particular deserves a lot of credit and he gets 10 stars from us.

After Hurricane Milton, I was denied by insurance and had to finance repairs myself. CMK Construction was a true blessing. Soraly helped me design a brighter kitchen, and Mike kept everything on track. Alfredo the electrician, Mario on drywall, and Ramos on cabinetry were all absolutely outstanding — skilled, caring, and meticulous. Lucas the plumber was great too! They even let me do some work myself to save money. The craftsmanship is excellent, and my home feels full of light again. Highly recommend CMK for storm repairs or remodeling in the Seminole area.
