The home we purchased came with a very old unit that finally gave out at the end of last week. From scheduling the same-day consultation (which you can conveniently do via text!) to the visit itself, the entire process was seamless. Nick handled the estimate, answered all of our questions, and oversaw the installation of our new HVAC system. The team also relocated a vent in one room and added two new returns in others — all completed efficiently in a single day. Josh and Ray were fantastic during the install: professional, friendly, and patient with our very curious dog “supervising” their work. They even took the time to explain what they were doing and why. The system warranty is excellent (12 years parts and labor for the model we chose), and the follow-up has been thorough — from handling permits to scheduling and completing the inspection. They’re a local company (based in Zephyrhills) who really understand the demands Florida weather puts on HVAC systems. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Our unit was 17 years old and we had Mickey Moused it long enough. It gave up the ghost one day on a Friday, at the end of the day. I called Custom Air Conditioning very late in the day. They sent Nick Herket over here within the hour. He interrupted his supper to come over. He was excellent with us and gave us a fair price and financing in under an hour, for next day installation. Good dude! Josh Taylor came out the very next day on a Saturday. He removed our old unit and installed the new one on a warm Saturday in less time than I would take to even plan it out. He was also a good dude! We loved our experience with Custom Air Condition & Air Quality and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know who needs service or a new unit! They do Zephyrhills proud, thanks guys!!

From scheduling to diagnostics to talking through repair or fully replace options to quotes, this company is on top of things! We decided to go with a complete replacement - it was almost time any way. And I have to tell you - the gentlemen on site doing the work the day of our install did a great job. They were faced with some unexpected obstacles but figured out solutions for all of them. They were also more than happy to answer all of our questions and offered options and guidance on a few things.
