Very grateful with D&D. From the moment we wanted to connect our garage door opener, they made the entire process easy for us. We called, scheduled an appointment, and the technician arrived right on time. In less time than we expected, the motor was installed, everything was working perfectly, and the area was left in great condition. On top of that, the technician took the time to explain everything related to its operation and how to use it effectively. I highly recommend them they are excellent. I wish them continued growth and success in their business. Keep up the great work!

I’m so happy with the work that Anthony did to my garage door. He’s a pleasant technician to interact with. My door is so quiet and smooth running like it’s almost brand new. IlFor a second I thought the door didn’t close because it was so quiet. Great prices, fast appointments and excellent customer service/communication. They don’t push you to buy what you don’t need. I insisted on replacing the rubber seal and rollers even though it didn’t really 100% need them just to be overly prepared lol. I would highly recommend this great company.

After I changed the fluorescent bulbs in my cart garage the door opener would not work. In a panic I called D&D Garage Doors at 5:00 Friday evening , and the D&D lady that answered the phone "talked me off the edge," insisting that I check the power source for the opener. I did not know until then that the opener was plugged in to an obscure electrical socket in the ceiling. I was so happy when I plugged it in and it worked, that I scheduled an appointment with D&D Garage Doors to lubricate and adjust both garage doors. (I felt like I owed it to them to give them some business.) The tune-up visit was prompt, professional, and worth every penny. When he was done the D&D technician asked me if I had a key for the emergency release on the cart garage door. I did not even know there was lock to put a key in! I could not find a key but I had one made for less than $20. Now, during a power outage, I can unlock the emergency release device and gain access to the cart garage (where my tools are stored,) without breaking the garage window. I am very thankful for my interactions with D&D Garage Doors and their experienced and thoughtful employees. They both skillfully addressed some minor concerns that could have become major headaches! Our 23 year old Genie garage door opener finally died. After consultation with technician, he was able to install new unit on the spot. Old unit = no parts available. I appreciated his being thorough and getting the job done in a timely manner. No problems with the new unit.
