GenerX Generators

Ryan did an excellent job; however, his records showed I was to get a Basic Maintenance. I had to show him my original purchase agreement where it showed that at the time of purchase, I paid for the GenerX Preferred plan. I actually paid for two of them and neither were in my records. This isn't the first time they made an error with my records. Upon installation, they asked me for payment, when I had already paid for my generator in full months prior to the installation. They also had this huge pipe blocking the entrance to my crawl space. A worker for another project pointed this out to me since he needed to get under my house. (Picture attached.) Who does something like that? GenerX immediately came to fix it, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Brandon Laboy did a great job! He explained what he was going to do and briefed me upon completion. GenerX Generators installed my generator 8 years ago and have provided my maintenance needs ever since. I appreciate the entire team. Technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. Office staff are very helpful. I continue to recommend this business.

Ryan was great. Arrived right on time as scheduled and was very thorough in checking on the unit and explaining the system. We had no previous experience with emergency generators and Ryan made sure we understood everything, answered all questIons and made sure we have we need to operate the system. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Michael was an excellent service tech. Very polite and, very concerned about my concerns. He made me feel like I was important. I appreciate young gentlemen like him today. He was a breath of fresh air that I had the pleasure of meeting today. Thank you Generex and Michael.

They were great. Everything they had full control of went super smoothly. They also buried a 500 gallon propane tank for me. But after it was completely buried and the landscaping returned to original condition, they discovered a very small leak in a place not fixable and completely a manufacturing defect. They quickly brought out a new tank and replaced it. They even worked with the gas company to get it filled quicker than I could get it set up. I am extremely pleased and can easily recommend them
