We recently worked with Graco Construction on our pool enclosure and Traton pool deck project, and the results were outstanding. We went with Graco Construction to extend our back porch and we’re are so happy we did! From the start Larry and Julie, the owners, were very responsive. Larry himself came out to do our initial estimate where he shared a ton of great information we didn’t get from other companies. The longest part of the process was permitting- which they completely handled! And once the work started it went seamlessly! Every one that worked on our porch (large concrete pad poured, texture, paint, the porch was screened in and covered with an insulated roof) was so nice and extremely professional. Larry stayed in communication with us the entire time and came out to work on or check on the project throughout the entire process. We weren’t just passed off to someone else. We could tell he cared about the work being done and that it met our expectations. We are so happy with our new back porch! It’s perfect and better than we thought it would turn out! Highly recommended working with Graco if you’re doing any projects they offer!

Overall, we had a really great experience with Graco Construction. They did an awesome job on our screen enclosure and concrete patio. Once permitting was done, the project moved along smoothly, and the crew showed up on time each day until the job was finished. The attention to detail on the screen enclosure was impressive. I also really liked the payment structure. Payments were due after each major milestone (deposit, after the concrete pour, and after final inspection), which helped build trust with a contractor who was new to us. Communication was solid throughout, and the owner even came back himself to clean up and make sure we were happy with the final product. I'm a pretty picky customer, and I would definitely recommend them for quality work and professionalism.
