After searching high and low for someone to service and do a checkup on our shutters I had almost given up. The original company that installed our shutters 8 years ago, continued to ignore our calls and texts, and would not offer any support. For two years we called other companies to be told they would I’d call us and try to got us onto their schedule, but we would never hear back from them. It seemed as though they only wanted to deal with people who were buying all new shutters and offering them a big pay day. I truly didn’t expect to even get a call back when I reached out to Hurricane Shutters 4U, but was both excited and surprised when Ricardo called. From our first phone conversation I felt a connection, and thought I could trust him. He came onsite for an initial evaluation, and committed to sending a proposal the next week. Like clock work, we received the proposal. We made our choices as we had to replace our lanai accordions, but he followed through every step of the way, and met every deadline. I am so pleased with the new shutters. We even signed up for a maintenance contract. We also had Ricardo service my mother’s existing shutters, and once again, he was so professional and prompt. It has been a true pleasure to work with this company and I would highly recommend them.
