Independent Tree Service

I found Independent Tree Service, Inc. through a Google search. They were the best rated company in my area. We contacted them through their website and scheduled an appointment for a quote. We were contacted by Marti who set up a date and came out to review the job to be completed. We had two Silk Oak Trees that needed to be removed and about 10 feet of several branches that needed to be cut back on a Laurel Oak. Marti gave us a great quote and we were contacted to set up a date. On the day of the work the crew arrived exactly on time at 9 a.m. They came with a large truck with a grappler, a remote controlled spider lift and four workers. The crew all wore safety gear and checked with me to make sure they were not going to damage any electrical or water lines in the area they were working. It was obvious the crew was experiences as they had an excellent system for removing the tree piece by piece and putting the pieces in the large truck with the grappler as they fell so as not to leave a pile which would have been a safety hazard. The crew finished the job in about two hours and came by to let me know the person grinding the stump would be by later. The person grinding the stump came by one hour later as we were leaving. He asked about any electrical or water lines which would be affected before we left. We returned an hour later and the stumps were ground down level with the yard. This process of contacting Independent Tree Service and setting up the visit for the quote was very easy. The crew was very knowledgeable and polite. This company is highly recommended.

Foreman Chris and his crew, MK, Corey, and Manny did a great job! They had to remove 2 old, very tall and dead pines in a tight area between a bldg. and power lines. They were safe and skilled and had my complete confidence. In order to get the professional equip into the area, a panel of my old fence had to be removed. It was replaced in better condition than it had been. The yard and landscape was respected, cleaned up and left in better condition than when they arrived. I highly recommend this Company and in particular this crew. They exhibited good work ethic, being on time, knowledgeable, skilled, efficient and polite. Second time I've worked with Marti & the team at Independent Tree Service - they're great. Marti is knowledgeable, responsive, & quick to get by to see what's needed, or not needed. I appreciate his honesty & their reasonable pricing. The crew is always polite, professional, and does wonderful work. Highly recommend!

I always trust the judgement of Independent Tree Service when trimming my trees. They are careful to do what it takes to protect your property but at the same time do what is good for the health of the tree. Curtis and his crew trimmed three of my established live oaks yesterday and did a great job. They arrived on time, and actually didn't take long considering the size of the job. When they left, it was cleaned up so well that I could hardly tell they had been there. I have used them for many years and am never disappointed.
