I recently purchased a home in Florida that required post-closing work due to a mold issue. The repairs involved removing the water heater (approximately 10 months old) in order to replace damaged drywall up to hip height, as confirmed during the inspection. We received a quote for this work and hired Logan, who came highly recommended. Unfortunately, Logan was on vacation and sent someone in his place who was inexperienced. This individual not only injured himself on the job but also damaged the water heater, leaving my wife without hot water for the remainder of her stay. Despite spending two full days on-site, he only replaced a small patch of drywall—far less than what was quoted. When Logan returned, he did repair the water heater but insisted on charging the full price, even though the drywall work was incomplete. When my wife attempted to discuss a fair adjustment, Logan was dismissive, arrogant, and unprofessional. He treated all parties involved with the same attitude. Ultimately, the bill was only reduced by about $174, which was unreasonable given the circumstances. Since we do not live in Florida, we were hoping to establish a reliable handyman relationship, but this experience was deeply disappointing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend his services.

Google refuses to work with us as their only way to verify anything is to leave it in the control of AI and never let a human review the requests. The company this is representing is also not allowed to edit or make changes to anything on this profile.
