He clearly walked me through all of my options and pricing upfront, which I really appreciated — no surprises and no pressure. Because we have cats, I specifically wanted a stronger, more durable mesh. Jonathan provided very solid materials, and I’m happy to say our cats have climbed on the screen multiple times without puncturing it. That alone speaks to the quality of his work. He was also incredibly reliable and even came back out quickly to adjust something afterward at no additional cost. Great service, very kind, and not pushy at all.
