Lamphier performed a restoration project on our condo building in Winter Park at Park West. Less than two years our stairs/landings are completely rusted to the point of having to do the project all over. This was a million dollar contract..work was extremely unprofessional. Do not hire this company…..contact our management company for details.. I am President of the board and would be happy to show you the work that was done… Terry

Lamphier & Company are amazing contractor's, they are vey professional whether it is office personal, crews and or management. Whispering Waters Apartments, A Condominium Association due to their excellent service have been a preferred vendor since 2009. In addition to this community they have done work for other communities/associations I manage.
