I paid about 45k * Price-to-scope ratio was extremely strong for Central Florida. * A lot of companies would easily quote: * $20k–30k resurfacing/remodel * $20k–35k screen enclosure * $5k–15k drainage/deck work * Combined turnkey packages from bigger pool companies can hit $70k–100k+ fast, especially after financing and change orders. * I essentially got: * a cosmetic facelift, * structural refresh, * drainage mitigation, * upgraded enclosure, * and improved curb appeal/resale appeal for what many people pay just for a premium screen + resurfacing package alone. * The “brand new pool” feeling matters. Went from an aging Florida pool setup to something that is modernized. The important part : The pool functions, it does not leak, the drainage works, the finish looks good overall, Magic pool construction stood behind their work. The pool visually turned out very well, the drainage operates functionally, the enclosure is brand new and at a great price, overall transformation was great. When there was a leak with the pool, they corrected it right away. Timelines slipped quite a bit, deadlines were pushed over and over but overall solid work, good visual pool and the kids love it.

Petar with Magic Construction Group built a beautiful pool for us in less than 4 months ! It’s absolutely stunning! He’s very professional and personable—guided us every step of the process. We were treated very fairly-his communication with us was transparent and he was frequently on site personally supervising the build.

Peter and his team build a beautiful massive in ground pool, concrete pool deck and enclosed all that with a stunning screen enclosure. All of this was done in less then a year, not to mention that we had three other companies stating that due to the paperwork and permits as well the material shortages we would be looking almost two to two and a half years for completion. Peter not only helped us with speed on the permitting and engineering, he also helped us with a design of all above as well supervised and managed his team all the time during the construction. Hiring Magic Construction Group was our best decision ever and we highly recommend this bunch of hard working people and a great professionals!
