MD Construction was great to deal with from bidding on the job to completion. They took care of everything. Showed me engineering drawings for my approval so I would know exactly what I was getting. They pulled the permits and got me all the information my two HOAs needed for their approval! They installed the screened in room enclosure with a solid roof on the roof existing 10x10 slab off my back slider. Came out perfect, couldn’t be happier. It is nice to open up the slider and double the dining room area. I also love it to dry off my dogs coming back in while raining outside. 😂 Did I mention the price!! Came in at a great price that I was a little skeptical but glad I dis my research and picked them. I highly recommend them if you are looking for this type of thing or other construction needs.

Excellent communication and a customer focused approach. The process was a bit bumpy due to my HOA approval taking longer than anticipated, but the MD Construction company representatives were super helpful, understanding, caring, and patient during the whole process.
