Jack and his team have done work for me and family members and always does a great job. Responds and works quickly without leaving a mess.

Jack has been trimming trees in St Cloud for many years. He's an artist. He works slow and careful, roping each limb to the ground. He has his own equipment, including a limb chopper, so he doesn't spend half his day making dump runs like other small companies. His prices are fair and his insurance is real - I insisted on a certificate from his agent. Jack is very busy, and I had to wait a bit longer than he first told me. But he was very much worth the wait!

A neighboring property hired them to cut down trees. They left tree debris in my yard, tree tops/branches in other trees, and parked their heavy machinery in my yard overnight without my permission. The general manager of where I live contacted them to come clean their mess. No response. I have photos as well! We are just a few days away from a hurricane and now I have to fear tree tops/branches becoming airborne.

Called got an estimate was told prior that it would cost $660 for 5 palms even have the guys writing on the back of their buisness card. Didnt have the money so held off called again asking about the total removal of 2 palm trees. The guy says "for us to mark the trees" that he would be here yesterday or today. Still a no show. I have see through other reviews that this guy doesnt know how to properly run a company. Poor customer service and to be honest probably poor work quality as well. Would not reccomend anyone using this company to even get a Bush trimmed.

Trimmed my neighbors tree last week. When they put the tree limbs into the chipper, they missed the catch trailer and blew into the street. I then watched the employees blow the wood chips into my lawn. Thanks to them, I cannot take my dog into the front yard or walk in it barefoot anymore.
