I was initially hesitant to use this company due to other reviews however Marlon was consistent in communication and they offered a competitive price so I gave them a go. I am so so so glad I did! The fence turned out amazing!! I got a custom wooden board-on-board fence, double capped with 6x6 posts and 2x6 rails with arched gates. It only took them 2 days to install on our sloped yard. It is beautiful- even the city inspector mentioned he hadn’t seen such a nice fence in a while. I pulled the permit myself which was quite easy and Mossy was able to help me with it. Marlon even went a step above and beyond and helped me drop off the NOC since the office was far away. I would highly recommend them, especially for a beautiful custom wooden fence! I would not recommend using this company. They were very disorganized and nearly left the job we paid a deposit for unfinished. We were working with one of their salesmen who apparently was let go after he collected our deposit. No one shared this or any other update with us until I reached out to see if the permit was approved two months later. Only then did they realize no progress had been made on the job we contracted them for. After lots of back and forth, they were able to get the job done quickly within two weeks and just in time for our wedding which we were very thankful for. However, now less than 6 months later, their shoddy work is coming to light. The gate they installed is not aligned properly and does not close on its own. It constantly gets stuck and is very difficult to open.

I’m very pleased with the job. Our fence was ancient and delapitated. Everyone at Mossy oak was professional, from the sales team to the installers. They did a beautiful job installing a shadowbox cedar wood fence on our property. Our house got a “facelift!”

I wanted a small privacy fence installed by our pool to close off the grill area I absolutely had no clue what I wanted. Mossy came out and met with me and designed more than I could have imagined. We loved it so much we changed a few other areas that cover the pool pump and AC unit.
