We are very happy and impressed with the electrical work that Josh did at the house. We had a burnt wire behind the stove that was causing a short circuit throughout the kitchen.   Upon arrival, Josh quickly assessed the electrical issue along with performing a full electrical safety check of the entire house.  Josh explained all the work that needed to be done, answered each of our questions, and took care of the burnt wire along with several other electrical issues perfectly. Josh was very professional, organized, neat, and before he left he cleaned up all the debris. As a recent homeowner and handyman, I invested in the proper tools to tackle beginner and intermediate electrical work. I ran into trouble when I accidently cut two wires in the home. Once I saw the sparks fly, I felt it was time to call a professional. Mr. Electric was the first to be recommended locally. I scheduled a call and Nestor was onsite to consult my emergency within 8 hours of booking. He was very present, patient, and thorough with his consultation. He was so encouraging and helpful that I found the courage to successfully complete the fix within 24 hours on my own. He would have completed it much sooner. But, I followed safety and code protocols, per his recommendations. I shared what I did with him and he was genuinely happy for me. Extremely professional group. Victor and Xavier came out and spent a lot of time almost 8 hours diagnosing a weird fault and fixing it. Went above and beyond. I then had them come back out to swap out our old, undersized electric panel, Xavier and Josh came by and did a great job, knocked it all out professionally, had the inspector come out and sign off on all the work. I would recommend them again, I think they do quality work and don’t cut corners.

I had called several electricians and even some handyman, but none could find the issue. Néstor and Hans from Mr. Electric immediately identified it: the exterior panel was damaged with underground broken cables. Not only did they diagnose it, but they fixed the voltage drop. They did an outstanding job, and they’re worth every penny. They don’t improvise like some "electricians" who might damage your house. Highly recommended.
