I cannot recommend New Horizons Retractable Screens highly enough! I had a very complex project on my property, and Chuck went above and beyond to make it happen. He and his team came out multiple times to carefully plan the best approach, and that preparation really paid off. The project moved smoothly, and the execution was flawless. The service didn't stop after installation, either. Michelle and Patty in the office are extremely responsive. Whenever I’ve had a minor issue post-project, they reply quickly and send the team out right away to help. If you want a company that stands by their work 100%, go with New Horizons.

New Horizons was wonderful! They responded quickly to my inquiry and provided a competitive quote. Installation was earlier than estimated and the workers were knowledgeable and pleasant. Overall we are so happy with the process and btw, the retractable screens are awesome! I would highly recommend them for your next project.

We had the owner Chuck come out and go over the options that he had available. He also has been doing this for 20 years so it was easy for him to listen to what we wanted and guide us on our decision. It was great dealing with Chuck, the folks in the office and the installers! Overall great experience!

I had an excellent experience with this company. They went above and beyond installing a retractable awning in a unique space, and everything turned out perfect. From the sales process through billing and installation, the whole experience was seamless. The crew was professional, passionate about their work, and the installation was convenient and efficient. They do not cut corners when it comes to safety. Pricing was very fair, the warranty is excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!
