OGD Overhead Garage Door

OGD provided impeccable service in a timely manner. The technician arrived when scheduled and was professional, yet personable and extremely knowledgeable in his field. We have used them before and have never had a problem. Would highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

My review is going to be based on their professionalism and also how they took care of us. However when they arrived the garage door started to work normally. He still did his checks and recommended some ideas to maintain it. I would definitely go back to them for any issues I may have in the future.

Matt did a great job diagnosing my garage door opener. The issue came down to a bad circuit board, which needed to be ordered due to the model being discontinued. Matt returned after ordering the part , and set up everything . Works great now. Highly recommend!

My garage door torsion spring broke with an earth-shattering boom and crashed down while we were trying to go out to dinner for Valentine’s Day trapping our cars inside. I called OGD based on a rec from my mechanic. The neighbors’ recs never called me back. I called OGD at 7:27 AM the next morning and the tech, James Dwyer, arrived within the hour, I was amazed. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He even apologized for taking so long to get there (the speed of the response exceeded my expectations). I was provided 3 price options for repairs to choose from. Having the choice was appreciated. Turns out we also need some other parts replaced, like the uncoupled motor and fraying wires, in addition to an upgrade on plates and rollers. I thought it was worth the price for speed of response and replacements (which they carry with them , so no waiting for parts or going back to HQ), skill, and brand equipment with warranties.
