Outstanding customer service at every level at Palmway pools. I called in a filter issue over the weekend and they had a technician out on Monday. The technician was on time, extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed and addressed the issue. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely be calling palmway pools if any future need arises. Highly recommend!!!

Palmway Pools has been fantastic since taking over our service. Their communication is clear, their work is thorough, my pool sparkles, and they are consistently reliable. The technician is friendly, provides pictures and a report after every service, and he's great with our dogs! We even get text updates when they are on their way out for service. We've not had the best of luck with quality, but I highly recommend these guys!

Scheduling was super easy, and they were punctual, which I really appreciate. The price was reasonable too, especially for the level of service I received. Don’t get fooled by price levels! Hire the company that knows only the best for your pool. The Palmway Pros cleaned my pool like it was the only place they had to be — what really stood out to me was their attention to detail. They didn’t just rush through the tasks; they took their time to ensure everything was done right. skimming, scrubbing, balancing the chemicals. I also received an email detailing what was completed with pictures which is great for the times I might not be home when they’re scheduled It was nice to see someone take pride in their work & it felt great to jump in on a hot day with no worries about the water quality. I definitely recommend Palmway Pools if you want to keep your oasis in top shape without any hassle. Overall, I’m really happy with the service I received. The peace of mind that comes with knowing my pool is in good hands is priceless.
