I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was a long-term, low-maintenance customer because I trusted that the services I was paying for were being done properly. Be prepared that if you start to question anything Tyson will turn on you. Recently, I raised concerns after reviewing my security camera footage and noticing that my pool levels were not checked during a service visit. I also reached out because I knew my pool chemistry levels were significantly off and wanted clarification. Chemicals have not been added for weeks. Not to mention the debris that accumulated in the deep end that I would continuously vacuum out myself without saying anything. Instead of offering to come out and inspect the pool or address my concerns, the owner immediately shifted blame to me, saying my salt cell needed to be fixed and surprised I haven’t resolved by now and claiming my levels had been the same for months - also not true based on weekly reports received. The most frustrating part is that I was never informed of any faulty equipment or ongoing issue—had I been told, I would have addressed it immediately. Rather than taking accountability or attempting to resolve the issue, the owner simply credited my account for future services and ended the conversation with “I wish you the best.” That is not the level of professionalism, communication, or customer service I expected from a business I had trusted for years. Very disappointing experience.

My mom hired this company for a few months and was just so disappointed. We have a vinyl lined pool, so it does have a bit higher standard of care (tablets in the in-line feeder instead of a floater, no chlorine without diluting) but they truly didn’t care at all. they never stayed here more than 15 minutes, and only vacuumed it once the entire time we had them, as well as only cleaning the filter once. My mom had an issue with one tech not even brushing beyond one corner and requested he not be sent out again, but he was. It was just one problem after another. If you don’t have a vinyl pool and only require brushing, they’re polite and professional, it just didn’t feel like they did much actual maintenance for what they charged.

excellent job cleaning the pool. parrydise pools also adjusted my pump and filter so it is running more efficiently and quiiter.
