We had an amazing experience with Brent and Nick from Pools Next Door! From start to finish, the pool renovation exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Brent and Nick took the time to explain every step, offered great suggestions, and truly cared about delivering top-quality work. The transformation of our pool is incredible—it looks brand new and has completely upgraded our backyard. The craftsmanship and pride they put into their work really shows. If you’re looking for honest, reliable, and highly skilled pool professionals, Pools Next Door is the way to go. We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend Brent and Nick to anyone considering a pool renovation!

Update: Funny how on all of their negative reviews it’s never their fault. Please read more than just my review. I’m not the only one with a bad experience on here. 1-Star Review – Pools Next Door (Oakhurst Plaza) Our experience with Pools Next Door was extremely frustrating and ultimately the reason we ended service. An O-ring on our equipment failed. This was apparently known during service, but it was never communicated to us. Because we were not informed, the issue escalated and our filter ultimately failed and blew apart. We were then told we were responsible for the cost of the repair, despite the lack of communication that could have prevented the damage. After being required to pay for the repair, we made the decision to discontinue service. From that point forward, the situation deteriorated further. We experienced what felt like deliberate disregard for our pool once we chose not to continue as customers. Basic professionalism and communication completely stopped. To be transparent, I did become extremely upset during one conversation and used strong language toward the company out of frustration with how this was handled. While I don’t typically communicate that way, it was the result of feeling unheard and unsupported after being a paying customer dealing with a preventable equipment failure. Throughout our time with them, communication from technicians was essentially nonexistent. We were even told directly: “We pay our techs to clean pools, not talk to customers.” That statement alone reflects the overall customer service experience. They are also not BBB accredited, which we later discovered. If you choose to use this company, I strongly recommend documenting everything and asking very direct questions about your equipment and service visits. This company is great! I don’t love the email communication process, but they have a great team and if there’s an issue they will get someone out! Our pool is older and is constantly having issues. Kenny came out and explained some things to get us back on track. Fairly priced too. We appreciate them so much! Highly recommend!

Will definitely use them again, they got my pool looking amazing! Robert was great to deal with as well as Kenny and Calvin. We recommend to all our friends and family !!!!!

We have had the most amazing experience with pools next-door! We first hired them because our pool was turning green. We were trying to maintain our salt pool ourselves and it just did not work out. They did an amazing job clearing it up and we have stayed with them for monthly maintenance and are very pleased. Nick has done an incredible job. He's very good at communication and just does a great job. Very thankful for Nick and Pool's next-door.
