I highly recommend Victor Hernandez. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire service call. My mother's garage door spring broke unexpectedly, and he responded promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, called me with the repair options and completed the repair efficiently. His workings hip was excellent, and it was clear he takes pride in providing quality service. Most importantly, he treated my mother with respect and kindness, which we greatly appreciated. The technician ( David ) did an excellent job explaining, showing me, and completing the recommended repairs. All repairs completed successfully. Response time from time I requested service early on a Friday to the time the technician arrived was very satisfying and fit my availability. Fantastic customer service! I was able to schedule an appointment online. The day they were scheduled to arrive I received a call giving me an update on the time they would arrive and the tech called me when he was on his way. Victor was amazing and so personable. Definitely made me feel like I was making the right decision and he was happy to discuss options with me. So glad we chose them to repair our garage door!

Our spring broke for our garage door on Sunday. I contacted Precision and they set us an appointment on Monday, but put us on the list if they had a cancellation on Sunday. Unfortunately they didn’t but about 10:30-12:00 AM Monday Cameron arrived. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it. We did not know that our garage door was considered a commercial size door. We built our house with 18’ long x 8’ high doors with 4 springs and bearings. We were lucky that Cameron had all the parts necessary to fix the door. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors and Cameron to anyone. Thank you for the great service.
