They honored my military/veteran discount. At every stage of the transaction, from initial call --- to job completion, Precision exhibited only the highest level of quality/professionalism. There was no charge for them to come out to provide an accurate cost estimate. They provided prompt scheduling, with a realistic time-frame for the service call. The technician also provided a courtesy call once enroute. Precision Garage also automatically includes a convenient online/text link for customers to reschedule, if needed. Had issues with our garage door after hours and on the weekend.....ugh!! I was impressed by how the company communicates and follows up with your issues and your appointment. They were able to come out the next day. We had Lucas Wyngarden as our technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional with the process throughout our repair. We were very happy with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Scheduling a quote was quick and easy. They are in constant communication with you from start to finish, including pictures so you know which technician is coming. Michael, who came and did our estimate, was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting which door we wanted. Corbin and Vladimir were prompt, communicative, and took every effort to make sure the door was not only installed correctly, but looked great. They took time to answer all our questions and set up our system before heading out. I would highly recommend their services.

Cheney at Precision Garage did a fantastic job repairing my mom’s garage door. Even though it was the spring that was broken, there were other parts that contributed. He told me exactly which parts should be replaced right now, and which seemed like they were in good shape for the future. Everything came with a three year warranty for added peace of mind and the prices were reasonable. If you need work on your garage door, ask for Cheney!
