Excellent service installing 2 units for our duplex. The installers were very respectful of our property. They were also very kind and pleasant to talk to. We had 3 estimates. Ridge was the lowest price and we were so glad we chose them. We had very challenging duct work that was 30+ years old. They created a plan and implemented it perfectly. Our systems are top of the line and much more efficient.
ERIC came out and serviced our ac with a complete " pull out" meaning he cleaned the AC evaporater coil and the blower! He did an AWESOME job , was extremely polite and friendly and took time to explain what he was going to do before he did it! Had Clarence out to my house for a standard maintenance and possible upgrade on my thermostat. He gave a wonderful service and provided information on the potential need for equipment that stops “growth” within the system. Found some growth within the air handler. He cleaned and cleared what was there and we decided to go ahead with the upgrades of the thermostat, the air scrubber, and UV light! Also found where the original company who installed the system left caps off and didn’t do their best! Ridge is a 12/10 company and request Clarence! Best in class!

It was time to have my annual A/C maintenance and my friend told me about the great service she receives from Ridge Energy Savers. I checked out their website and read their reviews. I scheduled the A/C maintenance and will be getting my Generac serviced as well. Technician Eric came out today and went over the A/C so thoroughly and explained everything to me. Eric was so professional and I feel so confident that the A/C is ready for summer. I had been using another company for years but could tell something had changed with the company. So happy I switched to Ridge Energy Savers and have told me neighbors about the great customer service, attention to detail and great communication.
