Michael and the team at Silver Trend did an excellent job on our home. They installed fencing all around our property as well as gutters, and the quality of work really shows. Everything looks clean, professional, and well done. Michael was extremely patient throughout the entire process, especially with our HOA approval taking longer than expected. Communication was top-notch the whole way through—he kept us informed, answered all questions quickly, and made the experience smooth from start to finish. It has been a pleasure working with Alex and Rodrigo at Silver Trend. We recently had a new home built in Wildwood. Silver Trend was the company which the builder used for the soffit and fascia. I researched the out to them company and discovered they also install patio enclosures and gutters. They have good reviews so I reached out to them and got in touch with Alex. He was quick to provide a quote on both projects. We felt the price for both projects was reasonable and decided to move forward. We went back and forth on the details of the enclosure and decided to trust his professional opinion. We're very happy we did. Alex and Rodrigo provided assistance with the gutters. I sent them the requirements of the HOA and they were responded back with the necessary documentation and designs. Alex was very patient while we waited for the approvals from the Board. We installed gutters and screens for our new home. They are very responsive in giving estimates , take time to visit site for measurements, get permits, wait patiently for HOA approvals. As soon all approvals are available, installed both in two days. Also done final inspection with court and gave me certificate within two days.
