Excellent customer relations and service. Came out and gave a free estimate. Fantastic prices and did superior work. Will definitely have them do more work for us when the time comes. Friendly, gets the job done in a timely manner and very polite. We believe strongly in hiring the local businesses in our own community. Unfortunately some businesses don’t meet our high expectations. Skinner tree service isn’t one of them. They’ve gone above and beyond and honestly the best tree service we’ve ever hired. Great job !!

I've attempted multiple times to set up an appointment for someone to come out and give us an estimate. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with follow up phone calls, but no one ever came out nor did they follow up a call to say they were coming out (the person at the number said they would pass along our information to the person "who was out", but no call ever came). The first time I called, very professional and polite. The subsequent calls I just got a "hello" like I'm calling a buddy, not a business. That is the reason for the 2 stars.

Marty came over and did an estimate to trim two Washingtonian palm trees and every time l scheduled the service they didnt show up. They didnt even contact me to let me know they were delay or not coming, this happened FOUR times, l had to contact them to reschedule, the lady on the phone was helpful. If you cannot do the service please dont reschedule, you make me wasted my time FOUR TIMES.

I called this Company to help me trim my trees before the hurricane and they came the same day considering they had hundreds of people to service the same day. They were very reasonable in price and I highly recommend their services.
