I give snowbird a 5 out of 5! The sales guy Paul was honest and great to talk to and work with and the speed of service was amazing having the techs come out and start replacing my package unit within 2 hours of financing approval. I highly recommend them for anyone that needs repairs, service, or a new unit. Everyone was great to do business with and i will always go back to snowbird. Thank you guys!

We had a new system installed including the duct work under the house 3 years ago by a different company. The duct work came loose on one end within a month of installation. This year, we were losing the cold air through all kinds of breaks in the ducts. It had been piecemealed together, and the wrong type of ducting was used. Kyle can out and went under the house to determine what would have to be done to make the repairs. They gave us a quote which we accepted. We also joined they're twice a clean maintenance program. Kyle, Marcus, and Erik installed new ducts, did a thorough maintenance of the unit, and installed a scrubber. They did the work quickly and well. They were extremely pleasant and professional. Not to mention prompt in responding to requests for a quote/site visit. Kyle provided pictures of the ac unit before and after a thorough cleaning. I highly recommend Snowbird.

Kris was excellent. Knowledgeable and professional he showed up same day we called. Was very polite, friendly, and proficient .very satisfied with his work. We had a wire burn up in the cut-off breaker and Kris tracked it down quickly..thank you for getting our heat back on for this chilly Florida night.(35 degrees)

I called and was lucky enough to have landed in a day where there had been a few cancellations. I needed to have my HVAC maintenance done. Cory was great! He explained everything and was very personable. He cleared up some questions I had about the best way to run my system. Overall very happy.

I want to commend Cory, the technician who assisted me. He was professional, thorough, and very helpful throughout the process. However, I was disappointed by the call received from the manager. It felt like a high-pressure sales pitch, as he focused on the age of my system and recommended products that if I bought that day would be discounted. additional items to ensure it functions correctly. I would have preferred a service-oriented approach rather than being pressured to make further purchases. I also want to say that I called the office the next day to get a copy of that report. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and if I get the report I will update my review at that time.
