They know their phone number is being cloned but are very rude and abrasive if someone calls back from a missed call saying they never called, yet admitted to having an issue. Go figure, just be nice In response- For clarity- the person who answered WAS abrasive and rude, people dont just call back random phone numbers for fun. She admitted that your phone was being cloned but was aggressively saying there was no way someone from there called even before saying there was an issue. There is a professional way to handle a phone call without being rude. If you already know there is an issue, how about confirm the number that the call came from as one of your numbers, so it can be documented, explain that youre the only one there and didn't make any calls and your company is having problems with cloning. And maybe thank the caller so it can be reported and move on INSTEAD of arguing and being nasty............ Much better outcome and much more professional as a business.

Solar 22 installed an 80 panel, 27.6 kW solar system in our home. Their analysis of our home for energy production, panel placement and installation plans was excellent, and their quote clear and informative. Let me start off with sayings that we were apart of the MC Solar scandal here in Tampa. Needless to say that we had to find a new Company to maintain and monitor or system. That’s we’re Solar 22 comes in. I reached and spoke with Scott who not only came out and looked everything over but also checked and serviced my panels and configured them so that they are working as they should (100%). They have never worked correctly since they were installed in 2021. Wow top notch service and professionalism highly recommended and appreciated his honesty and help. We recently had Solar22 install a new solar panel system at our home. They were great to work with. Michelle kept us posted during the scheduling process and Scott did an excellent job during the initial sales and planning stage along with the installation and final inspection process. Everything went as planned – we passed inspection the first time and Duke Power then gave us the “go ahead” in two weeks! I would highly recommend Solar22 if you are thinking about purchasing solar.

Scott and his team did an outstanding job with our solar installation. The installation is state of the art and the job was completed on time and with great training and communication during the entire project.
