SunSmart Roofing

About a year I had leaks on my metal roof. I hired a company to repair it but after a year, the leaks returned...and worst then before. I decided to SunSmart, when Ignacio came over. He analyzed the situation and he provided resolution. After we went everything in detail. I decided to move forward and about a week their was here and coating my metal roof. It was done a day. I'm happy with the service and looking to never a dry porch and floor, a tond never having to deal with again. I definitely recommend Ignacio and SunSmart.

Nathan West came to evaluate our roof after we were informed that some shingles were missing. He looked at the entire roof and determined nothing needed to be done. He also trimmed a shingle that was trapping some water at no charge. Nathan is a true honest professional and extremely polite on top of that. My wife and I will definitely call him and this company for any of our future roofing needs.

Presence of solar PV panels, solar pool system, & solar hot water collector added to the stress. Original solar installer went out of business. Used Solar Source in past to replace solar pool system. SunSmart Roofing is their sister company. After seeing a SunSmart Roofing ad, I realized that using a single company to remove/re-install solar equipment and re-roof, would be better than hiring one company for the solar and a second company for the roof install. A single company could make the entire procedure smoother since everything is done under one entity. A Solar Source Website request for info on solar equipment removal/re-install costs yielded a prompt callback from salesperson Stephen Corry. Stephen was incredibly helpful with providing key information. He also let me know about their SunSmart Roofing company as a potential for my re-roofing needs. Stephen came out the next week to evaluate the roof and give me a quote. Their shingle selections are top notch. Although pricing is higher than other companies, their product, warranty, and service makes the added cost worth it. Remember: you get what you pay for. I easily made the decision to go with Solar Source/SunSmart Roofing. Stephen kept me up to date on my project's status to start early December. It started on time. The solar equipment was removed the first day & was relocated to my garage with the utmost care. The roofing project began the next day. A dedicated crew took 3 days to complete, working from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. each day, stopping only for lunch. Everyone was friendly and took pride in their work. They were respectful of my property & completely cleaned up the area including a roofing nail sweep of the driveway. After the inspection was completed, a Solar Source crew returned a few weeks later to re-install my solar equipment. They made sure that everything was up and running before they left. The day after completion, Stephen came out for a complete property roofing nail sweep. Amazing how many nails he was able to retrieve. Appreciate not having to be so concerned about nails in my tires. My new roof is absolutely beautiful & so eye-catching! I can rest easy knowing I chose a quality product that will last for many years to come. Working with SunSmart Roofing/Solar Source and Stephen Corry was an absolute pleasure. Whenever I had a question, Stephen was always quick to respond. If he couldn't answer my queries immediately, he would research the information and get back to me within hours. It was nice to know that this company understands the value of good customer service. Stephen sent me drone pictures of my finished roof which I am so happy to have. Seeing a new roof from street level is nice, but seeing an aerial view is next level amazing. All in all, my experience with SunSmart Roofing and Solar Source has been wonderful. All questions were answered promptly & any concerns were addressed immediately. They only required a 10% deposit before beginning. Some other roofing companies require 50% down before work is commenced. Salesperson Stephen Corry is so pleasant and personable to communicate with. He is knowledgeable and quick to respond to the customer, and made a potentially high stress situation much easier to deal with. It's obvious Stephen enjoys his job, going above and beyond for his customer base. I am thankful that I have a one-stop shop to take care of all of this. That means just one phone call to make in the future if I have any issues!! :)

SunSmart roofing did a great job for us. They were very accommodating and did the whole job while we were out of town. There were a couple small trim things we noticed later and Nathan came out to fix them himself.

Our rep for SolarSource is Kevin, and we could not be happier with his guidance and service. He was very accurate in telling us what the system can do. We are saving $260.00 pr month in electricity and the pool has been a delightful 90 degrees, no getting use to the water! Just swim!
