Hired Superior to do our patio expansion and screen room. we are very happy to pick this company. Michelle is very responsive, she provided all information and helped us with HOA documents. We took her recommendations and happy with the product. When Bo came out for lay out, he explained in details of the projects. Nate and crew did a perfect job to pour concrete and laid pavers. Anthony and the team finished project with high quality. Melissa is a great contact, who always communicate with us and are on top of the things. We really appreciate the work they did and very happy with everyone who worked on our projects.

From start to finish, our experience with this company was excellent! They installed my dad’s screened patio. Robert, the estimator, was thorough and informative during the initial visit, and Melissa did an outstanding job coordinating the entire project from beginning to end, keeping my dad updated every step of the way. The installation team, Anthony and Carlos, were absolutely amazing! They were professional, detail-oriented, and took great care in their work. My screened patio turned out beautiful and exactly how we envisioned it. The city inspection is being finalized later this week, but overall, everything has gone smoothly. We are very happy with the service, communication, and craftsmanship we received. Highly recommend this team!

We just got our lanai screen installed by Superior and we could not be happier. The team was amazing Ray, Anthony, Allan, Joaquin and Gee were awesome. They were professional, attentive to detail, clean and friendly. They answered any questions I had and even came back when I needed something changed. Melissa in the office was such a pleasure to work with. She made me feel valued as a customer and went above and beyond to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with the work done. I would recommend this company, their team and staff to everyone.

I replaced screen walls on a porch with aluminum, and PVC glass windows. I wanted a sunroom. It only required two walls built as the other two were the exterior walls of my block home. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until I stepped outside. I saw that a beam that supports my roof was sitting about 3/4” lower than it was before. This side of my house has stucco above the block/ beam that it is secured to Inadequate interior framing from when they built my house. (They (the builders in 83) threw down tar paper and Metal lathe on the outside of a truss.) with one side of this wall, sitting 3/4 of an inch lower I was concerned about it cracking the stucco. I voiced my concerns to the installer from superior aluminum and he replied “your roof isn’t falling down”. And I just thought well, is that the standard that you try to uphold? I’ve tried to contact them many times since I’ve had the Two walls of my sunroom install installed. I even wrote them a letter Regarding my concerns and it was followed with no reply. (2014)(two walls I had installed have two windows and a door, Not a single one is plum. I have to lift one side of every window in order to lock both mechanisms.) Since having it installed, I have noticed that the threshold of the door has become a problem for the door opening. (2024-25) The end of the wall that they Have installed that was too short Has caused the Door’s hinged corner to scrape the threshold. Concerned that my door was turning into a parallelogram. I called them to come out and inspect it. I explained that I would like to have the door removed and made plum. They Decided to try to grind down the concrete instead. The installer was short and rude once again when I voiced by concerns about how the door was not plumb which is causing the door to scrape the threshold. Seeing as he was not prepared (or willing) to accommodate my requested needs to a scheduled appointment that he showed up about and hour and a half late to, I asked him to leave. If they were not going to try and fix the door properly, I’ll install the threshold they provided. I KNOW NOTHING IS PERFECT, but Everyone I’ve had from there, work on my house just wants to Go home. They don’t care about you, your project, your house. All they care about is YOUR MONEY. They don’t want to try and make it (your home, their work quality) better, they just want to throw some scrap on your house, and go home early. (2025, Just painted the house and I did have to seal multiple cracks in the stucco but only on the half of the wall they built my sunroom.) I have also tried to contact the owner multiple times but it seems something else always has his attention such that he is really not reachable. If I had a chance to spend my $7800 (2014 price) all over again, it would be with a different company. One positive thing, once the seal on my threshold wore out (2025), they processed a warranty from the manufacturer of the door they installed. After about 4-5 months I received a call saying they had received my threshold. When I went in to pick it up they handed me the wrong one. Knowing what I needed , we had to look through an assortment of thresholds they had received to see which was mine, and it was provided free of charge. Don’t have crooked windows and doors installed in your house. Shop around, visit previous work they’ve done. Don’t hire a company that is going to do a halfas job. Hire someone who actually cares.

We used Superior Aluminum to enclose our lanai and we couldn’t be happier. From the education through the sales process, the communication during the permit process, and the attention to detail and quality- we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Our screen turned out better than we hoped. It’s rare to find a company nowadays that takes pride in what they do and cares about the craftsmanship. I’ll be recommending them to everyone!
