I had my screened in patio converted to a Florida room. Top Tier was phenomenal! The communication was excellent. I never had to wonder, whats next. The office staff was very responsive to questions and emails. I love that they have a customer portal that you can login and see the status of your project and upload any needed documents. 2nd to none! I would refer them to anyone. EXCELLENT JOB!

Top Tier exceeded my expectations in every possible way on my pool screen expansion. From the very first interaction, they were extremely friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The entire project was engineered to perfection, with great attention to detail at every step. What really stood out was their communication, including Richard and Brittany. They kept me informed throughout the entire permitting process and even went above and beyond by helping coordinate with engineers to certify the new slab. That level of support made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. The quality of the workmanship is flawless—everything was completed to perfection and exactly as promised. On top of that, the owner is genuinely one of the nicest, most honest, and professional contractors I’ve ever worked with, which is rare these days. They even took care of old screen replacement on the existing structure. I will absolutely be using Top Tier again for any future projects at my home and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service.

Everything was incredibly easy with them. The work was efficient and clean. From the moment I called to schedule, they got back to me quickly and handled everything efficiently. They answered all my questions along the way, and the result was exactly what I had in mind. I’d definitely recommend working with them. I have to admit I had some doubts about the finishing details since my yard wasn’t fully done yet, but WOW!! it went beyond what I expected.

I live in Brooksville FL and I thought I was going to leave a good review after the concrete for my patio extension was poured, but after the aluminum went up, I can't. The crew only put 2 bolts in each support column at the header, so a man had to come back to put 2 more in each to pass inspection. He didn't measure the spacing and just eyeballed it resulting in uneven and unprofessional job. Not only were the bolts not stainless steel, my eyes go immediately to the sloppiness of their installation. Also they didn't turn one downspout in the right direction. I don't recommend. UPDATE After speaking with a defensive Richard, I told him I would put a different bottom 90 on the downspout and that issue would be solved easily. As for the misaligned bolts, I'll have to look at them every morning as I have my morning coffee, all because a worker didn't take the time to measure.
