The installation team, Jesus and Daniel, were outstanding. They were kind, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail throughout the project. Their craftsmanship was excellent, and the finished patio enclosure exceeded our expectations. They kept the work area clean, communicated well, and were a pleasure to work with. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of everyone involved. We love our new backyard oasis! US Aluminum really came through for us in redesigning our backyard. We had a lot of unused space in the backyard behind the pool and we wanted to be able to entertain and seat more people outside. Carolina came up with the perfect design to extend our travertine tile back behind the pool and cover a large part of the area with a modern style pergola. Jason was on top of everything with the project planning and kept us informed the whole way through. The installation team, from the pavers to the pergola installation, was fantastic. US Aluminum installed a pergola‑style insulated aluminum patio roof on my home, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. He regularly updated me on the installation timeline and inspection schedule, and once the city approved the permit (which understandably took a few months), the project moved along without any delays. Overall, the communication was excellent, the team was reliable, and everyone did exactly what they said they would—when they said they would. That level of consistency is rare in this industry, and it made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommended!
