Kelon n his partner were very punctual in arriving to install shutters in three rooms of our house. Preparation ahead of installation was meticulous n very organized. They took care of cleaning up all boxes which held the shutters. Each window shutter placed quickly n carefully. After each installation they explained how to open n close shutters. TWe were told what cleaning supplies to use to clean n erase marks accidentally placed. The whole installation process was under 2 hours.We are highly recommending this company if you need shutters to be placed in your home.

The team at US Verticals was very easy to work with and very accommodating from initial contact to install. They have a wide variety of window covering products that allowed us to maintain a picturesque view while at the same time maintain privacy. They offered great guidance based on their over 30 years experience that helped maximize our goals. They (I think we met most of the team) respected our house (took off shoes, organized out of the way assembly, cleaned up after themselves) and everything went according to plan during install. They even told us about a tax incentive that applied to the product and specific windows installed! Money saved. Would highly recommend them! We plan to have them back to do another install next year.

US Verticals is the BEST!!! From the minute we visited their showroom, explored, asked questions, and setup a consultation appointment, we felt heard and valued. They have a huge selection of products available (including custom designs), high quality, and reasonable pricing. Our consultation with Kevin Shaw was amazing! We have an odd window (long and narrow) that we've struggled with for over 5 years (tinted, sheers, and more, but nothing looked good). We tossed around ideas with Kevin, went back and forth, and finally settled on a solution that would solve the problem--it wasn't exactly what we had hoped for, but close enough. But before Kevin started writing up the order, he said he had one more idea. He had listened to us thoroughly and made a suggestion that gave us EXACTLY what we wanted! We can't express our gratitude enough to Kevin for listening to us and finding the perfect solution! Instead of looking at this window with frustration, what we see now makes us happy!

I typically rely on reviews when deciding whether to use a company, though I sometimes question whether some reviews are genuinely written by real customers. I can confidently say that I am a real client, and this review is well deserved. This company has installed two large roll-down shades and an additional window shade for us, and every experience has been outstanding. They are extremely professional, offer high-quality products at very competitive prices, and communicate clearly throughout the entire process. We were always kept informed about product arrival times and installation scheduling. Each installation was completed smoothly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Absolutely love these blinds! Fantastic company to work with. Kerry was very professional and friendly at the same time. Our installer was wonderful. He helped me to master how the blinds work. They were a bit heavier than I thought they would be. I have very weak arm/wrist strength. I thought these would not work out for me after the installation and the attempt to push them up or pull them down. Thanks to the installer's great little tip and tricks I have mastered the blinds. I can easily push it up and pull it down. This particular blind is on a double window as a single long blind. The blind for the single window was as I expected it to be. We are very happy and are glad we bought our blinds from them. This is the second time we have used them. I would highly recommend them. You won't regret doing so!!!
