This company fixed a couple of gates for e on my vinyl fence. They were upfront about the price and got me scheduled quickly. Everything was fixed quickly and they were very polite and let me know when they needed to add a charge to replace the hinges.

Please read all the reviews before contacting this company. I called for free a written estimate. The lady came measured the area gave me a verbal quote. I ask if she could provide a written proposal with the type of fence total labor cost. And she she that it was against company policy to provide a written quote. DO NOT USE this company!!!!!!!! I and my neighbor hired them for vinyl fence installation. I and my Neighbor spend around $5000 together on this job. Upon the completion of the job, there were dirt outside over the grass around the fence area, we asked them what to do, the worker told us it gonna take couple of days, it will disappear over the rain. ( incorrect instruction) But after the rain we waited it never get better, all the grass covered by dirt has are died, the dirt still there. the grass never grow back. We called the manger lady Aracely to file a claim against this today, she said we have to pay dirt removal, But we never have heard this option before, it not even shows on the contract. She said now she told us about the dirt removal at this moments at this call. because no one want to pay for this so they do not mention it. They are just doing their tricky thing, and have no responsive for what job they did. Pls carefully , DO NOT USE THEM. or end up the situation like us. now me and my neighbor has to replace the sod and grass. which cost a lot to do .

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! How this company is still in business is beyond me. I had a fence installed by them & within side of a year my fence was separating & creeking as if it was ready to fall. I called several time’s NEVER once spoke to the owner! Was told she had already inspected it after it was done & it was fine which was a BIG FAT LIE!!! I wanted to speak with the owner & NEVER got the chance because she didn’t have the decency to call me back to discuss this matter. I saw this company has many many HORRIBLE reviews & complaints with the BBB! How are they still in business? They sure know how to take your money though! SHAME on you VENE fence ! People work hard for their money and you just another company out to rip people off. PEOPLE be ware of this company NOT A GOOD IDEA! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!’ For any other people out there who have had a bad experience with this company please post a review!!! This company needs to be closed!!! Don't use this company. I agree with many of the reviews. They are unprofessional. Don't even deserve the 1 star. I regret 100% signing a contract with them. We asked them about the cement left on the grass and Aracely said "it was normal" and she also said that she would charge me additional $450 to clenup. Adding only a few photos of the big mess. This company is trash, do not use it.
