Wahoo Pools

Me and my family just completed our new pool build with Wahoo Pools. We are more than happy with the turn out. They delivered more than we could have imagined. The whole family lives outside now. This is truly a paradise for us. We had a couple of changes in the people working on the project, but that was also seamless. All staff was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend. We did get 5 different quotes and Wahoo was the second highest but definitely worth it. When competitors tell you that you made a good choice, that means something. Vinnie, Bibi, and Jason were absolutely fabulous.

We had a major pool and patio remodel in Feb/Mar 2026. Before I went with Wahoo Pools, I got multiple estimates, but what sold me on Wahoo Pools is they use the true Pebble Tec, but also, the salesman, Tim answered all my questions with professionalism and patience. I am that person who asks 20+ questions. :) As with any major remodel or new construction, there will be some issues that pop up. Customer Service can make or break the experience. Though there were some communication issues with my project manager, Pete, they all got worked out in the end. In fact, everyone I’ve worked with at Wahoo Pools (Marcos and his team- tear down/build up, Jimmy- problem solving, Jason- co-project manager, Pebble Pros- Pebble Tec installers, the service team- Jesus, Alex, Chuck & Bibi….there are others but I don’t have or remember their names), they have all been professional, kind and accommodating. But there is one person in particular that gets major accolades and he is the reason I gave the Five-star review other than a four-star review, and that person is Jesus, the Service Manager. Not only did we get a full pool and patio remodel, we replaced all of our pool equipment. Jesus has been a saving grace! He has gone above and beyond to assist us with ordering and installing all of our new pool equipment and doing so meticulously. He has alleviated the angst I had been feeling towards Wahoo. So again, though issues may arise, how those issues are dealt with are of the upmost importance and one person can and did make all the difference.

We had a great experience with Wahoo Pools from start to finish. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We had a set budget and Thomas helped us get the pool we wanted . His design ideas were exactly what we wanted. Thank you Thomas, we love it. Jim, the construction foreman made sure everything was done right and on schedule. Thank you, Jim. All the subcontractors were polite and personable and respected our property. Alex , the Pebble Tech was great. The people who built the cage and Marcos who installed the pavers were a pleasure to deal with. A special thank you to Bibi for his patience in explaining the operating system. We chose Wahoo Pools because of the outstanding reviews on Google, and I’m glad we did. When we started the process, I expected a swimming pool contractor to have at least a handful of negative reviews due to things that inevitably go wrong, but that was not the case with Wahoo Pools We had a good initial design experience with Thomas, who listened to what we wanted and designed the pool exactly the way we asked, including the shape and the decking. We did not want an extravagant pool with lots of bells and whistles, and Thomas never pressured us to do that. Once the permitting went through, the construction moved very quickly led by Vinny and his team. Vinny certainly knows his stuff! We are extremely happy with the final product and think it’s beautiful. Sure there were a couple of minor hiccups with communication, but not anything like I feared. At the end of the day, Wahoo Pools wanted us to be satisfied with their product, and we certainly are. Once the construction was done, Bibi was excellent about explaining to us how to take care of our pool and operate the equipment, and Alex has been doing a great job with the chemicals and cleaning. We would happily recommend Wahoo Pools as a swimming pool contractor.

Look no further than Wahoo Pools! I did my research for about two years because of all of the horror stories that I heard regarding pool builders. I probably had about a dozen quotes. I’m sure other companies would have done a decent job. However, I did not get the warm and fuzzy like I did while working with Clint. Their service was spectacular. They communicated with me every step of the way and were not or bothered by me asking questions throughout the process. We thought that their price was great, and their quality of build exceded our expectations. Our project was a small one, yet high-quality. We chose to go with fiberglass paired with travertine. The construction team, pool cleaners, flooring team, and Bibi were all amazing! A few things that I didn’t know were that they would be providing me an initial pool cleaning kit and one month of pool cleaning included until all the chemicals were balanced, and the pool was clean. Food for thought. If I was being a nit picky, I would say that I would’ve liked to have met the team a little sooner. However, I was a particular case, since I knew exactly what I wanted due to my extensive research and limited space. All in all, I would highly recommend using Wahoo Pools as your pool builder!
