My experience with Windmar has been pretty great in regards to the salesmen and the techs, to the installers. They are all great people. And the process has been extremely smooth with no issues in communication or flexibility. That said my most recent interaction and review with Ilham Safazada was both very inspirational and informative. If anyone I know is interested in solar I will definitely recommend these guys as my default based on my great experiences.

Vicente gave me an outstanding service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to clearly explain the entire solar process without pressure. Everything was handled professionally, and the installation went smoothly. Highly recommend to anyone considering solar.

This company has potential but not with the people that work there. The salesmen I worked with frank doesn’t listen to you and will call you a complainer when he said he would get back to you on a certain day and you ask where the bid is he will call you a complainer, he also doesn’t let you get a word in. The installer group I got didn’t care about my house. They would throw items on the roof with force, deliberately install a panel and not even hook wires to it. It was just there. Not use conduit and make it look like they did. Poor, poor workmanship. And rude to me the owner. Many people on the office had my items “slip through the cracks” on many occasions. If I wasn’t on top of them and watching they would have got away with many items wrong on my house and I might still be waiting for my system to be ready for use. I could go on and on about the issues I had. But one thing is once I worked with Jose and Mara things got better. And all the items I asked to be fixed were fixed. The leak they caused to my house etc. But the initial headache and especially when I’m paying 82k things should go smoother. The ev charger guy was also nice. But first impressions are key. Would I use this company again? Yes but only if I worked with a different salesperson and with Mara and Jose only.
