Very impressed with the entire process. From the planning phase to the ordering to the installation. Ken Watkins was a great salesman. He was punctual and very personable. He took his time and explained everything. Our installation crew was three guys led by Vincent Roque. We had 24 windows and a double door installed. Vincent and his crew worked super fast and were very detailed. They finished in 2 days! Vincent was very thorough after the install and made sure knew how to work each window and that they were all properly working! I highly recommend window world. They do great work and the prices are very good compared to other companies.

We had the best experience the past 2 days of window and door installation. It all began a few weeks ago with our wonderfully informative sales representative. She was so thorough about the products and services offered by Window World. She was the best! Next came installation day. The crew was so professional and helpful. The workmanship is amazing! These guys worked nonstop from early morning until late evening to complete the job. They bent over backwards to keep us satisfied. Overall, our experience with Window World was probably the best service that we've ever encountered. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Window World came recommended by friends in a neighboring county and I am glad I chose them and I too highly recommend Window World. DJ was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful throughout the process. He took the time to answer questions clearly and made sure everything stayed within my timeframe, which I truly appreciated. The experience was smooth and stress-free, and I would definitely recommend both DJ and Window World to others.

Window World did a great job with our project. Our salesperson Judy Sheahan was excellent and very knowledgeable about their product lines. Once we contracted with WW, they handled everything. And finally, the installation crew headed by Ricardo Martinez were fantastic. They were respectful of our property and very efficient in the installation process. They cleaned thoroughly afterwards and came back the next day to go over their work and make sure everything was satisfactory for us. Ricardo was always checking to be sure we were pleased with the job. I highly recommend him to anyone doing a WW project.

Vincente and his team are AWESOME. They took very good of my house while working very hard all day! Everything was swept - as they worked! The team paid attention to detail which was impressive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WINDOW WORLD…….from sales to install, it was great!
