Sean at WTR DR did an outstanding job updating our pool pump and servicing the salt cell for our saltwater pool. The new pump runs great, and the app and AI software it came with is phenomenal. Sean was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Pricing was fair and service was second to none. You can tell he really cares about doing quality work and making sure the customer is happy. Reliable, honest, and efficient — I highly recommend Sean and WTR DR for any pool equipment or maintenance needs!
WTR Dr is the best. Reliable, great pricing and customer service and he explains everything and comes out right away. We had a pool pump that went bad while we were out of the country. Called WTR Dr and he came the following morning and installed a new pump and got our pool working again. We have used WTR Dr twice already and both times we were very pleased. If you have pool issues give WTR Dr a call. You won't be disappointed.

We’ve been with WTR DR LLC for almost a year now, and the experience has been excellent. As a family-owned business, they genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in their service. Sean, the owner, is always responsive and easy to reach whenever needed. Our pool technician, Ryan, is reliable and does a great job keeping our pool consistently clean. He also sends weekly reports with chemical readings and photos of the completed work, which we really appreciate. Highly recommend their service!

From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive and got back to me quickly with a very reasonable quote to replace my pool filter and pump, as well as redo the plumbing after I noticed a leak in my pool system. Sean was professional, punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work. He completed the job efficiently without cutting corners, and the quality of the work really shows. His patience really shined through as he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.
