Thank you so much to 1-Tom-Plumber! Ricky was our kind and professional technician, he saved the day fixing another companies shotty install of our well pump. They showed up when they said they would and did everything exactly as they said they would. Wonderful customer service along with professionalism , understanding, and honesty. We will only use them from now on and we will recommend them to everyone we know!

Ricky, Vinny, & Austin were awesome! They helped us with a somewhat complicated setup with a 2nd hot water heater in our attic. Replaced our 21 year old water heater in the garage which died & relocated our attic to a better location. We brainstormed ideas and Ricky suggested relocating it to a more convenient & much better location in attic outside an access door rather than above the master closet where it was difficult to get to or moving in down into the closet. My wife was not liking the idea of losing 1/4 of her closet :) Great collaboration and pivot on the fly to end with a better setup. They also quoted out 3-4 different options the week before so we could decide which was the best plan for us. Overall great work and customer relations!!
