Finally an efficient and professional service. Technician providing the service (Steve?) knows what he is doing, he is proactive and it is clear that he cares of his work. Although I am relatively new customer (3 months), it is evident that this is the best service I have had so far. And the feedback I get after each service providing a full information about the water chemistry with the photos showing what has been done is a big plus. Ph factor, total alkalinity, salt level, free and total chlorine, hardness... all I need to know. There was a stain at the bottom and it is gone now. Photos show the stain before, removal and no stain after. In short - highly recommended.

They are absolutely amazing and very cost effective. Always willing to take the time to show you things of importance and will answer your questions in an easily understandable manner. Since I started using A&B my water is crystal clear, and the equipment runs great, I cannot recommend their services highly enough! They even work in the rain......

A&B Pool & Spas have truly been a life saver. Could not get my pool to stay with no green at all and also the jets were not pushing the water out hard enough or to the best of their ability. A&B Spas has made our pool completely sparkling blue all of the time, barely any bugs, we never see green anymore, the jets move the water tremendously well now and also they treat your pool how they would their own. They are always responsive and on time. They never disturb, sometimes we don’t even know they were here unless I check my email and see my pool service report. They leave a pool service report every time they stop by telling you the before readings of your pool, chemicals added during servicing and services performed. It’s an excellent way to keep their customers in the loop! Also, the services costs are a very good and affordable value! They are so friendly and take pride in their work!! The absolute best pool service I have ever used. I am in a whole other state and my pool is being taken care of in the most optimum manner. The customer service is amazing. The communication is excellent and the work is impeccable. Truly wished they were multi state. Highly recommend A&B Pool and Spa! We were anxious about choosing carefully who would service our pool after having a very bumpy and less-than-friendly customer service experience while building our pool. Aaron was very patient and reassuring while first meeting with him to decide if we would use his company. And, every time since, when we have needed to step outside during his weekly service and ask him a question, his opinion or anything else, he has been very accommodating. He has extensive pool knowledge, training, and experience. We know our pool is in good hands! And, we get an email immediately after each service that details our water chemistry and services provided which we need for our records and pool warranty.
