I have to let Super ABC Plumbing, Air & Heat know what an asset their technician, Chris McNab-601, is to their company! My AC system was not blowing cold air, Chris showed up late afternoon on a Saturday and after a thorough inspection, he found a leak in the system, obviously I had lost the refrigerant. He let me know that he could repair the leak however he did not have enough refrigerant with him in order to refill the system, that he would have to go to Tampa and come back. I live up in New Port Richey, which meant it would take him at least 1 to 1.5 hours to go get the refrigerant and return. By then it was 7:15 PM, so I thought that I would call ABC and see if it would be possible to schedule someone to come the next morning just to refill the system so that Chris would not have to go all the way to Tampa and come back. I won't go into details as to what happened with my phone call, but Chris assured me that he did not mind, that it was part of his job as he did not want me to be without air conditioning for the night. He proceeded to repair the leak and then, needless to say, he did go back to Tampa and returned at around 9:00-vacuumed out the lines, and recharged the system. He stayed around for about 15 minutes to make sure that everything was working properly, the temperature in my house dropped several degrees in less than an hour. During his service call, he was nothing but professional, courteous, thorough and on top of all of that, just very nice and friendly. He truly went out of his way to make sure that my system was working properly and that I was comfortable before he considered the job "completed". I don't know if it's possible but if I can, I will ask to have Chris sent as my technician when I need service again. Thank you Chris!

Because of his expertise, patience, and persistence, our water heater is working perfectly again without needing a full replacement. The experience was so positive that we even decided to subscribe to their membership because of the trust and confidence they earned through their service. It was very pleasant having Felix and Scott to come to my house and resolve my AC issues. Felix and Scott are very knowledgeable patient and Felix was good with training Scott.
