I wish I had a better review to share. I really like Margaret as a person but unfortunately she didn’t submit our 2024 taxes that we paid her to do. She said the software failed and that she resubmitted them (in January) but has been unresponsive to us and also won’t send us confirmation that it was sent or any information that we could share with the IRS. I wish her well but wouldn’t work with her or recommend her to anyone.

I had hoped for a positive experience because Margaret seemed personable at first, but it turned out to be very disappointing. I paid her to handle my tax filings, and she assured me they were submitted electronically, yet the IRS has no record of them. Since then, she has been unresponsive—ignoring calls, emails, and even in-person visits. She has provided no documentation or proof that anything was filed. Although she offered various explanations about software issues and resubmissions, none were supported with evidence. Despite paying for the service, the work was never completed, no refund has been issued, and the lack of communication and accountability has caused significant stress and delays. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with her.

Stay away. Margret never filed our 2024 taxes. She took our $365 and told they were electronically filed. Since notifying her in December has repeatedly dodged my wife’s calls, emails and has continued with excuses related to our taxes, her sorftware, and the program she uses to file. we’ve notified the better business bureau and she has not responded to their claim. She has continuously given excuse after excuse without any documentation or evidence. In addition to taking our money, our tax return check has not been returned and for a family of 5, there’s been major delay, loss and substantial damages. We’re one of many other reviews across platforms with similar experiences. Service was never completed, she took our money, and will not offer a refund or complete our taxes.

Margaret Kennedy, CFCAM, AFSP purchased All Florida Services Management Inc. last year. She was supposed to do an amended 1040 for the year 2020 and told me she did so and according to the IRS she did not. They also have no record of her filing my personal taxes for 2024, which she said she did. I PAID HER FOR THESE SERVICES. She doesn’t answer the phone when I call. She doesn’t answer the door when I come to her office. So basically she has lied to me regarding my taxes, got me in trouble with the IRS, took my money and doesn’t take my calls. We have been very happy with Margaret. She took over our account when Jerry retired.
